Open letter to Management Moshood Abiola Polytechnic (MAPOLY) on demand for Students' Union election and the management reversal of caretaker committee as its declared nonstudentmental, a need for systematic urgency.

A nation which is afraid of its people to judge the truth in an open market is scary of it people. Every students' unionism calls for a vocal independent leadership for all Union at large in order for our students proportional and direct rights not to be sabotaged by people of mono-chin-chin sets of management leadership whose government on un-independent union can never generate to transformational effects.

Though our leadership can not deny its awareness of last Students' Union Government Executive in the recent embezzlement of students' fund by its students' leader which we believe adequately that every necessary action were taken by the management which would serve as an iota of sensibility to incoming government of the union.

"Cutting off the head is never a solution to an headache".

Recently constitutions of caretaker committees by the management has been a bad omen decision which has democratically bewitched the adequate postulation of our independency in the Nation. The constitution of this committee has been diplomatically declared null and void by the national leadership of National Association of Polytechnic Students (NAPS) and calls for an adequate, eloquent, transparent, credible, free and fair SUG election for our students' franchise never in any way be tampered with because an injury to one, is an injury to all.

This association which is saddled with the eloquent responsibility of protecting a well conducive academic atmosphere for our students and ensuring a smooth working relationship with students and staffs of polytechnics across the nation through adequate and diplomatic agitations for prosperous way-forwards has on this note resolved as follows without any sign of procrastinations:

OUR DEMANDS!!!

As we believe in different ways of killing a rat so we believe normal situations demands normal approach,

1. We on behalf of the good students of the institution request for constitution of immediate Independent College Electoral Committee (ICEC) with necessary funding to bring about a nascent democratic students' union.

2. Also on this note issue an ultimatum of 10days to the effect of our agitation in demand for peaceful atmospheric conditions in the institution.

3. Indulges the management to give rooms to duely matriculated student leaders to vote and be voted for according to the constitution "Abisoye Panel 1990"

4. To on the reception of this letter dissolve the immediately the generally un-accepted committee which was in the best opinion of the management and never studentsmental in nature.

5. To ensure the provision of adequate security of lives and properties of our dear students' communities.

6. We advises the management to stand afar from intimidating our students demanding for justice as a threat to justice somewhere is a threat to justice everywhere.

"Until change is complete shall we continue to liberate and agitate, and even when change is complete, we shall continue to reform and remultivate, we shall never rest".

The above named association shall not hesitate to as follows take to the followings in regards to refusal of above outlined wants.

1. The leadership of NAPS shall not hesitate in our best of capacity move the National Secretariat of all Polytechnic Students in Nigeria to Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta, Ogun State. As this shall never be dared by the management of the heat of capacitious over 21.1million armless Nigerian Students.

2. We shall also not hesitate to facilitate the removal of the managerial leadership of the institution.

3. We shall not hesitate to conduct in ally with security parastatals a conducive and transparent students' leadership in the institution where the voices of our students majority can be vociferous through votes bestowed on choice of democratic candidates. And many others too numerous to mention.
